Willie Mullins said yesterday he has no plans to put another rider on hold for the Gold Cup hope Florida Pearl despite Paul Carberry having to cry off the rest of his rides after winning on Sausalito Bay yesterday.

Carberry aggravated his back, which he hurt in a hunting accident almost three weeks ago, when riding Sausalito Bay but hopes to be able to resume on Oa Baldixe in the first today.

"I'll see how I feel in the morning. I normally only have one winner at Cheltenham and perhaps that's it!" joked Carberry who felt sore on pulling up his winner and reported he had been hit on the back with another rider's whip in the straight.

Mullins, however, said: "I've declared Paul Carberry to ride Florida Pearl and if he says he's fit, that will do me. I've no intention of changing jockeys."
