On paper much is expected of the Blues this season in what already looks something of a make-or- break year for Dai Young, but then that is usually the case with the Welsh capital's underachievers.
Have benefited from the Warriors' demise by beefing up their pack to augment their talented backs, injuries and the departure of Iestyn Harris leave them looking a little vulnerable in the front row and at half back. As they showed last season against Irish sides, while excellent at home, they do suffer from travel sickness.
