Castletroy College 21 St Munchin's 6:Castletroy powered their way into the last four of the Munster Schools Junior Cup and became the third Limerick school to do so. Their big win, at Annacotty yesterday, sets them up for an All-Limerick meeting with Ardscoil Rís in two weeks' time.

While they won comfortably in the end it was only in the last seven minutes that Castletroy had their second try by David Rowsome which gave them an 18-6 cushion.

Conor Fleming kicked the opening penalty for Castletroy and Jason Kiely levelled with a similar effort a few minutes later.

It remained 3-3 until five minutes before the interval when hooker Mark O’Mara got in for the opening try which Fleming converted.
