Munster Junior Cup / St Munchins 5 CBC 22: CBC qualified for the final of the Munster Schools Junior Cup when they came from behind in impressive fashion to defeat St Munchin's by 22-5 at Thomond Park yesterday.

St Munchin's got off to the ideal start when number eight and captain James Organ got over for a try after nine minutes.

CBC took control after that score, however, and they drew level shortly before half-time with a try by their captain, Shane McCarthy.

Even though they were playing against the wind in the second half, the Cork side remained dominant and they settled the issue through three well-taken tries from scrumhalf Chris Nolan, flanker Chris Moore and second row Ryan O'Connor, one of which was converted by outhalf Cormac Horgan.
