After weeks of qualifying rounds in south Dublin and Wicklow clubs, the field for the Killiney mixed foursomes matchplay has now been finalised. After a lapse of a number of years the tournament, sponsored by the Fitzpatrick Hotel Group, returned to the Leinster calendar last year when Con Kenny and Barbara Tidey from Edmondstown were successful. The competition is limited to 64 invitations to the south Dublin and Wicklow clubs, with the first round on Sunday.

Subsequent rounds will be played on the following evenings with the final on Friday week. There will also be a consolation event for those knocked out in the early rounds.
