Cork had little trouble in defeating Waterford in a one-sided Munster Junior Football Championship tie at Pairc Ui Chaoimh yesterday. They were 1-7 to 0-1 in front at the break after John Buckley scored a well-taken goal a couple minutes from the interval.

Alan O'Driscoll added Cork's second goal midway through the second half as Waterford finished with 14 players following the dismissal of midfielder Martin Power.
