CARLOW SFC FINAL Rathvilly 0-7 Old Leighlin 0-7:THE CONLON Cup went unclaimed at Dr Cullen Park yesterday after a final that only sprang to life in the second half.
Rathvilly led at the break 0-4 to 0-2 but within five minutes of the restart a brace of points from Séamus Kinsella levelled matters. Points from Rathvilly’s Danny Molloy and Brendan Murphy helped to open up a three-point lead but Cathal Coughlan’s points levelled matters. The replay is expected to be next Sunday.
