Jason Smyth Athletics (T13 200m) Olympic Stadium, 11

Jason Smyth Athletics (T13 200m) Olympic Stadium, 11.20amPart two of the continued coronation of the world's fastest Paralympian. Half a second faster than everyone else in the field, he won't have any hassle qualifying here and is unlikely to in tomorrow night's final either.

Johnny Cronin (Boccia)

Excel Centre, From 9.00am

The individual competitions got under way yesterday and although Tom Leahy and Bobbie Connolly both went out, Johnny Cronin made it through to the last 16 where he meets Singapore’s Nurul Binte.

Colin Lynch Cycling (C1/2/3 Road Race)

Brands Hatch, 2.30pm

Was fuming with himself yesterday after missing out on his best medal opportunity, calling his fifth place in the time trial “an absolute disgrace”. Road racing isn’t his speciality so a top 10 is about the best he can hope for here.

Cathal Miller Cycling (C4/5 Road Race)

Brands Hatch, 10.00pm

Finished 11th of 14 cyclists in yesterday’s time trial, two places down on how he fared in Beijing. Looking to round off a respectable Paralympics in the road race but not expected to contend.

Enda Smyth Cycling (C1/2/3 Road Race)

Brands Hatch, 2.30pm

Struggling a little with injury, which might go some way to explaining his last place in the C3 time trial yesterday. Was very hard on himself afterwards, saying he embarrassed the Irish jersey. Will hope for a performance here, nothing more.

John Twomey, Anthony Hegarty, Ian Costelloe Sailing (Sonar)

Weymouth, 11.00am

Busy day yesterday when the regatta had three races to make up for one lost the day before. Sadly they weren’t able to back up their good day on Monday, and dropped from ninth to 11th overall. Two more races today.

James Scully Swimming (S5 50m Backstroke)

Aquatic centre, 11.21am

After his excellent fifth place in the 200m freestyle he’s back down to the shorter length now which doesn’t suit him as well. Should be in or around the time needed to scrape into a final but that would be a big achievement in itself.

Bethany Firth Swimming (SB14 100m Breaststroke)

Aquatic centre, 10.32am

Came back down to earth a little over the weekend when she failed to make the final of the 200m freestyle but in with a definite medal shout here. Good chance of winning her heat this morning ahead of the final at 6.30 this evening.

Ellen Keane Swimming (SM9 200m Individual Medley)

Aquatic centre, 9.40am

A whole week after making the final of the 100m butterfly she gets back into the pool on the back of a long break. It will more than likely take a PB for her to repeat the final appearance of last week. If she does it’s at 5.30.

Eimear Breathnach, Rena Rooney (C1 Table Tennis)

ExCel Arena, 11.30am

Amid all the celebrations and success it’s been a tough week all round for the table tennis team. Breathnach and Rooney did at least manage to win a couple of sets in their individual matches and together they face an Italian pair this morning.
