FRANCE: Head coach Raymond Domenech, who yesterday extended his contract until after the 2010 World Cup, has kept faith with Juventus striker David Trezeguet for France's Euro 2008 qualifiers against Scotland and the Faroe Islands next month.
Trezeguet, who missed France's World Cup final defeat by Italy in July, had to pull out of last month's qualifier against Georgia through injury. The 28-year-old failed to make the starting 11 at the World Cup.
France, with a maximum six points from two matches, are joint leaders of qualifying Group B with Scotland, who they play away on October 7th - four days before hosting the Faroe Islands in Sochaux.
