Down SFC Final/Mayobridge 0-16 Longstone 1-13:A point from a free with the last kick of this final from Barry Doran - his 10th of the game - gave outsiders Longstone a deserved draw with holders Mayobridge in an exciting a game in Páirc Esler, Newry, yesterday.

Three points each from Benny Coulter and Michael Walsh and two from Noel Sexton with one each from Adrian Barry and Cathal Magee saw Mayobridge lead by 0-10 to 0-5 at half-time. Barry Doran scored four of the Longstone points from frees with Mark Poland getting the other.

Longstone came out determined in the second half and points were exchanged on three occasions as Mayobridege maintained their five-point advantage.

Longstone sent Ambrose Rodgers to midfield for the final quarter and he gave them a big advantage. He set up a goal for Ryan Kelly to finish and added a point to leave just one between the sides a minute into added-time. Two minutes later Barry Doran sent the game into a replay, which will be played next Sunday, with his last kick point.
