Golf: Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson have been drawn together for the first two rounds of the WGC-Cadillac Championship in Miami on Thursday and Friday — and Portrush's Graeme McDowell will be there alongside them.
Woods, Mickelson and McDowell are in the fourth group off the 10th tee at 11.51am (4.51pm Irish time) in the opening round.
McDowell has happy memories of the last time he played with Woods. That was at the Target World Challenge in California in December and he came from four shots behind on the final day to win in a play-off.
Padraig Harrington will have Anthony Kim and Camilo Villegas for company while Rory McIlroy will play alongside Paul Casey and Steve Stricker.
Golf’s current top two of Martin Kaymer and Lee Westwood will go head-to-head, as they did with Woods in the Dubai Desert Classic last month. They are joined by England’s Luke Donald, winner of the WGC-Accenture Match Play two weeks ago.
