Colleges SHC All-Ireland semi-finals/ Dublin Colleges 1-13 Midleton CBS 0-10: Dublin Colleges stay on course for All-Ireland senior hurling glory after this impressive win over Dr Harty Cup holders Midleton CBS in testing conditions at Nowlan Park on Saturday.

The Munster champions were aided by a strong wind in the first half, but could manage only a 0-8 to 0-3 half-time interval lead which never looked like being enough.

Midleton relied heavily on the scoring exploits of Robert White in the opening period as he accounted for six of their eight-point first-half tally.

The introduction of Joe Maher to the Dublin Colleges attack for the second half had a major effect on the outcome, as did six unanswered points from Maher (two), Ross O'Carroll, Shane O'Rourke, Dean Kelly and Johnny Cooper.
