Leinster Schools SHC ACastlecomer CS 3-8 St Mary's Enniscorthy 0-7 Goals proved the difference between the sides in a hard fought Leinster Schools first round tie at Carlow Town Hurling Club yesterday.

Castlecomer led 2-3 to 0-4 at the break, Michael Murray and David Healy finding the net and an Eddie Dwyer pile-driver nine minutes from time clinching the verdict for the Kilkenny side.
