Teemore were never in this contest after they gave away an early goal and had influential midfielder Colin Fitzpatrick dismissed for a second bookable offence seven minutes before half-time. Enniskillen led by 1-7 to 0-2 at half-time, the goal coming from full forward Pearse Fitzpatrick. Seven minutes into the second half Sean Curry converted a Teemore penalty, but it proved to be a token score. Enniskillen were well on top in all sectors and would have won by much more but for an outstanding display by Teemore defenders Barry Owens and Shane Donnelly.
