The depth of support for Manchester United will be put to the test on Monday February 14th when Oxfam Ireland, the overseas development charity, auctions one of only two sets of Manchester United European Cup winners' jerseys signed by both teams.

The 1968 European Cup winners' shirt was signed at a reunion dinner in Dublin last year. All of the players' names are on it including George Best, Nobby Stiles, Denis Law and Bobby Charlton. The more recent shirt includes the autographs of David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Roy Keane and manager Alex Ferguson and is mounted in a special presentation frame.

Anyone with deep pockets and an interest in football memorabilia can get online at www.ebid.ie for the auction.
