News: The  meeting of the FAI's Board of Management scheduled for this evening at Citywest, where delegates were due to resume consideration of the allegations against a senior association official in relation to a bonus payment made to Mick McCarthy last summer, has been postponed after the organisation's officers agreed to seek the assistance of an arbitrator in resolving the matter.

John G O'Donnell, chair of the association's doping committee, has agreed to oversee the attempt to sort out the dispute and his name will be put to the board's members at their next monthly meeting.
