Three Festina cyclists expelled from the Tour de France over doping allegations return to action in the San Sebastian Classic today.

The Swiss pair Alex Zulle and Laurent Dufaux and France's Laurent Brochard make their comeback less than a month after admitting to taking drugs.

Miguel Moeno will act as Festina's team director in place of the suspended Bruno Roussel, who admitted to police he had administered drugs to the team under controlled medical conditions.

Teammate Richard Virenque will be missing because he is competing in an event in Germany.
