The bad weather has continued to disrupt this week's fixtures with this evening's National League Cup quarter-final between UCD and Bohemians, scheduled for Belfield Park, postponed because of a waterlogged pitch. The game has been refixed for November 21st.

Tonight's other quarter-final between Longford Town and Finn Harps at Strokestown Road goes ahead after club officials deemed the pitch playable yesterday afternoon. Another inspection will take place this morning.

Last night's under-15 international between the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands was called off as Dalymount Park was unplayable. It is hoped to play the game at Cathal Brugha Barracks this afternoon with a 1 p.m. kick-off, pending a pitch inspection early this morning.

The sides are due to meet in a second international tomorrow, but at a different venue to be announced today, as Clonshaugh is under water.
