Manchester United's home game against promoted First Division champions Fulham will open the new season of televised matches on Sky Sports.

Alex Ferguson's men will open the defence of the FA Premiership live on Sunday, August 19th.

In total, Sky Sports have scheduled 31 live games over the first four months of the campaign, with every Premiership club appearing live at least twice before Christmas.

Sky Sports will also screen 30 live matches from the Scottish Premier League as well as live FA Cup games, including the final, and some of England's World Cup qualifiers.
