It’s never good when a manager opines, as Pete McGrath did after the league, that he can’t get players to come in and add to the squad. The league wasn’t a disaster but with the Quigley brothers no longer involved, McGrath’s side looks light on both heft and scoring power. A short summer is likely.


Last good day: Qualifier win against Westmeath last year was fairly raucous. Otherwise, nothing compares to 2008 Ulster final.
