Dublin manager Jim Gavin has called on Philly McMahon to replace Kevin O’Brien at corner back for the All-Ireland football final against Mayo on Sunday.

It’s the only change to the side that beat Kerry in the semi-final, meaning Ger Brennan, who was taken off at halftime that day, retains his place at centre halfback.

Mayo are unchanged from their semi-final win over Tyrone with Cillian O’Conhaving passed a fitness test ahead Thursday’s team announcement after dislocating his shoulder against the Ulstermen.
