Despite losing out to Mayo in the Connacht final yesterday, London will have their day in Headquarters when they take on Cavan as part of an All-Ireland Championship qualifiers triple-header on Saturday.

The Exiles were soundly beaten - 5-11 to 0-10 - in their first ever provincial final at MacHale Park but there is still time for another first in this their most memorable of summers; a chance to run out in Croke Park in the championship and upset the odds with victory over the beaten Ulster semi-finalists.

The first game of the day is scheduled for a 3pm throw-in and will precede Cork v Galway (5pm) and Meath v Tyrone (7pm).

The other Round 4 qualifier between beaten Ulster finalists Donegal and Laois will take place in Carrick-on-Shannon at 5pm.
