Westmeath to face Fermanagh in Round 4A All-Ireland qualifiers

Kildare handed tricky tie against Munster final replay losers while Galway face Derry

Losing Leinster finalists Westmeath have been draw to play Fermanagh in Round 4A of the All-Ireland football qualifiers.

Tom Cribbin’s side were beaten 0-6 to 2-13 at Croke Park on Sunday and will face a Fermanagh team who stunned Roscommon late on, scoring six points in the final five minutes at Brewster Park to win by a single score.

The game will take place at Kingspan Breffni Park on Saturday July 25th at 5pm.

The other 4A football qualifier will see Kildare handed a stern test after they were drawn to play the loser of next Saturday’s Munster final replay between Cork and Kerry.

That tie will also take place on Saturday July 25th at a neutral venue that will be decided following next Saturday’s game. It will throw-in at 7pm, with Sky Sports showing both games as a double header.

Meanwhile in the Round 3B qualifiers Tipperary will host Armagh, while Derry will travel to play Galway.

Semple Stadium will host the Tipperary v Armagh game with a 3pm throw-in next Saturday, while Galway take on Derry in Salthill, with throw-in at 5pm. Again both matches will be shown by Sky Sports on what is a TV triple bill for football fans with the Munster final replay live on RTÉ.
