A regular fixture on the Ireland under-21 team in the Six Nations Championship last season, Paul Neville also travelled with the underage side to Argentina during the summer. Prior to his departure he had left Old Crescent for Dooradoyle and Garryowen. A tough, abrasive blindside flanker he is quickly earning a reputation in senior rugby.
The 21-year-old, six foot two inch, 16-stone flanker may not have quite the physique of other number eights in the AIB League, but his new position doesn't seem to be causing him too many concerns. The former Munster Schools, Ireland under-19 and under-21 international should find his long-term future on the flank.
