ENGLAND A cricketer Ed Giddins will have to wait a further 24 hours to learn if he will be suspended after failing a drugs test. A hearing into the case of Sussex fast bowler Giddins was adjourned after more than four hours of deliberations at Lord's last evening.
No decision was reached and the hearing will continue today when Giddins will face the Test and County Cricket Board's full disciplinary committee for the second time.
The 25 year old fast bowler, who toured Pakistan with England A last winter, tested positive for an illegal substance after a championship match against Kent at Tunbridge Wells in May and a second sample produced the same findings.
