Ladbrokes are the first of the big bookmaking firms brave enough to test the water by opening a book on Saturday's Pertemps St Leger.
The John-Dunlop-trained Sadian, supplemented on Saturday for the race at a cost of £20,000, is priced at 10 to 1.
But the final line-up for the race is still shrouded in confusion at present, with Godolphin racing manager Simon Crisford refusing to put his cards on the table until later in the week.
The Dubai operation currently has Central Park, Mutawwaj, Nedawi and Sea Wave in the final Classic.
Sunshine Street, fourth in the Epsom Derby at 150 to 1, will aim to prove that performance was no fluke.
But his trainer Noel Meade has warned that his charge may not run unless he has ground conditions to suit.
"He is a definite runner if the ground is good or faster," Meade said at the Curragh yesterday. "But I will pull him out - even on the day of the race - if it is any softer."
