SLIGO SFC:A PAUL Taylor goal heralded the beginning of the end of Geevagh's dream of a place in this year's Sligo final as Eastern Harps carved out a 2-13 to 1-10 victory.

Geevagh led 0-7 to 0-6 at the interval but Taylor’s goal and another from Michael Doddy saw Harps safely home despite Cormac Hughes’s late goal for Geevagh.

Reigning champions Tourlestrane defeated Ballymote 2-9 to 0-8 in Saturday’s semi-final.
