Back-to-back major winner Padraig Harrington will make his debut appearance in the million Singapore Open in November. Harrington will be joined in the field by Phil Mickelson, Adam Scott and Ernie Els.
The 37-year-old followed up the successful defence of his British Open title in July with victory in the US PGA Championship to vault to number four in the world rankings.
"With Padraig Harrington adding his name to the tournament and raising the bar, we are very excited to have yet another world class player make his mark on Sentosa's Serapong (course) in November," the golf club's Peter Downie said.
"We are just weeks away from watching the world's best at their best on one of Asia's toughest courses."
With a prize fund in excess of €3.5 million, the tournament is Asia's richest national Open.
