Dublin SFC Quarter-finals: Doubts hang over the availability of Mark Vaughan for the Dublin football semi-finals after he went off with an injured shoulder in Kilmacud Crokes' quarter-final victory over Lucan Sarsfields on Saturday at Parnell Park.

Vaughan will get X-rays today but given the clash with UCD is only three days away, it will be touch and go.

Thursday has been pencilled in as the day for the double bill, which will also see Na Fianna paired against St Vincent's.

Crokes led 0-5 to 0-3 at half-time and forged further ahead after the break, Adrian Morrisey's point on 47 minutes making it an eight-point gap.

Sarsfields made the late running with three unanswered points but ran out of time and it finished 0-11 to 0-8.

Na Fianna set up a semi-final clash with St Vincent's by beating St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Rua 1-15 to 3-8, though not before Plunketts had severely tested them with three second-half goals in as many minutes from the Brogan brothers, Bernard (two) and Alan. But after Jason Sherlock set up Thomas Lynch for a goal, Na Fianna regained control.
