Bray Wanderers 1, Dundalk 2A sensational winner in the second minute of added time from midfielder James Keddy gave Dundalk three precious points in last night's game against Bray Wanderers at the Carlisle Grounds.

Dundalk had gone ahead after 56 minutes when striker Cormac Malone headed home a cross from Keddy. And it looked as though they would hold onto that lead until Bray striker Jason Byrne headed home an equaliser in the last minute of normal time. This followed an Eddie Gormley cross from the left which caused mayhem in the visitors' defence.

But much to the delight of a large travelling Dundalk crowd, Keddy was the hero when his right-foot shot from 20 yards found the roof of the net after fellow midfielder Ciaran Kavanagh had created the opening.

Even then the drama was not over, with Bray striker Byrne shown the red card in the fifth minute of added time.
