LEE KELLEHER, is poised to grab most of the attention during the Irish Age group division one championships at the Aer Lingus pool in north Co Dublin this weekend.

With record entries of over 2,000 it seems that Kelleher's biggest difficulty will be to escape the spotlight for the four-day event which starts tomorrow and finishes on Sunday.

The City of Cork swimmer is also marked down to achieve some noteworthy feats in Europe this summer, not least at the European junior championships.

Cormorant pair, Nicola Pepper and Lorna Red din, will command keen attention too in their favourite events. They are set to boost Leinster's scoring rate as is Chris Monks of Aer Lingus.
