St Mary's led 1-4 to 0-1 at the break, the goal coming from wing back Derek Kelly after 23 minutes.

Marist College finished with 14 men after Trevor Farrell was sent off for two yellow card offences.

Paul Cribbin scored three points from play as Marist went a 25 minutes without a score.
