John Kelly claimed four tries in the Munster romp with Anthony Foley and John Langford scoring two each. Ronan O'Gara landed eight conversions.
Leinster not only conceded tries but debutant outhalf Andy Dunne was forced out of the match after 22 minutes after suffering concussion. Robert Casey also suffered a bruised shoulder.
Swansea were 34 points up before Leinster got a score after a tapped penalty allowed Shane Horgan touch down in the corner.
Connacht almost matched Munster in scoring a 57-3 win over Italian side L'Aquila in Galway.
Two tries apiece from newcomers Shane Stewart and Brad Free set up Ulster for a confidence-boosting 37-11 victory over Edinburgh Reivers at Ravenhill on Friday night. But coach Harry Williams will now have to do without international hooker Allen Clarke who was taken off with a broken leg.

The Irish Schools slipped into overdrive in the final 10 minutes of the penultimate challenge on their Tour of Australia to defeat a dogged Queensland Schools 36-10 at Nudgee College, Brisbane, on Saturday.
Queensland led 10-7 at halftime but Ireland responded with four tries from Denis Leamy and replacements Frank Murphy, Shane Jennings and Matt McCullough with Eoghan Hickey, another replacement, adding two conversions.
