Tipperary defender David Kennedy has been ruled out of Sunday's National Hurling League semi-final. The Loughmore man undergoes surgery on his knee this week for a cartilage problem and will be out of action for four weeks.

Tipperary will also be without midfielder Noel Morris for Sunday's semi-final. He was sent off in the league win over Laois last Saturday and is suspended.
