Junior side St Kevin's overcame their intermediate opponents in a hard-fought replay at Rockmount Park yesterday to earn a third-round FAI cup tie with Derry City.
Rockmount took the lead after 18 minutes when Declan Foley beat goalkeeper Austin Hannon with a looping header from Pat Keane's cross.
St Kevin's equalised when O'Sullivan hammered a volley from 20 yards after 27 minutes and went ahead nine minutes later from Wayne Griffin's opportunist goal.
Rockmount's Len Downey ran clear to equalise in the 68th minute, but within within four minutes, St Kevin's Jordan Lancaster played a clever free-kick into the path of Declan O'Hara, who scored with an accurate header.
Rockmount's misery was complete when Philip Cunningham was sent of in the 90th minute.
