The Michael Stoute-trained Kilimanjaro has been made favourite by Ladbrokes to redeem his reputation in Saturday's Group One Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster. Ladbrokes have chalked up the Shirley Heights colt up as their 7-2 market leader, with Aidan O'Brien's Saratoga Springs at 4-1. Mudeer and Mutamam share third place in the betting on 9-2.

Kilimanjaro was sent off the 9-4 favourite for the Group Two Royal Lodge Stakes at Ascot last month, but could finish just fourth to Teapot Row, seemingly finding the fast ground against him.

He had earlier run out the eight-length winner of a conditions race on soft ground at Sandown at the end of August.
