Kilkenny 2-31 Antrim 0-6:Kilkenny can expect an infinite step up in class when they lock horns with All-Ireland champions Tipperary in next Sunday's minor semi-final.

Antrim were beaten by 31 points in a hopelessly one-sided quarter-final at Croke Park on Saturday.

Kilkenny led by a massive 16-point margin at half-time - 2-13 to 0-3 - after Antrim went 18 minutes without a score during the first half.

It was a procession for the winners in the second half as they outscored Antrim 0-18 to 0-3. Full forward Adrian Stapleton scored the final four points of the game as Kilkenny crashed through the 30-point barrier to set up a meeting with Tipperary.
