Kilmurry-Ibrickane ... 1-5 Liscannor ... 0-6 Kilmurry-Ibrickane captured their fifth Clare senior football title - and first since 1993 - when they had two points to spare over Liscannor at Cusack Park, Ennis yesterday.
Played in difficult conditions, this final had little to offer in quality football terms, but a determined Kilmurry side weathered a second half Liscannor fight-back to lift the trophy.
With nine minutes remaining Liscannor had pulled the deficit back to two (1-4 to 0-5), but a late point by Odran O'Dwyer ensured there would be no upset.
