SETANTA WILL cover eight Leinster Schools’ Senior Cup rugby games live in 2012, including two first-round games; three quarter-finals; both semi-finals; and the final. Setanta are also giving viewers the chance to vote for which games are shown. “In the first round we are . . . showing the clash between Belvedere and Clongowes Wood on February 2nd but we would like the public to select our other game,” explained Brian Quinn, marketing director.

Viewers can vote online before 4pm, Wednesday, January 11th.

As well as live coverage, Setanta will show repeats of the games on evenings and later in the week, according to Quinn.
