An 88-minute strike by substitute Ian O'Sullivan gave Limerick a share of the spoils against 10-man St Francis in last night's Division One league game at Hogan Park.

The visitors had John Chandler sent off after 36 minutes for a deliberate hand ball and they took a surprise lead just before the break when Brian Rickard crossed for Stewart Keegan to head past keeper Fennelly.

Limerick piled on the pressure in the second half but Damian Connery and Sean Murphy held out in a brave St Francis defence until the 88th minute, when O'Sullivan equalised.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's transfer from Leeds to Atletico Madrid has gone through with hours to spare. The £12 million fee for the Dutch international striker arrived in Leeds' bank account, before the Spanish transfer window closed last night.
