RACING:The Listowel festival kicks-off tomorrow and Ruby Walsh can mark his comeback from a broken ankle with a winner on board Rattan in the conditions hurdle. The top pilot broke his ankle in a fall from Drive Time in the Galway Hurdle last month.

Walsh is also on Connaught Manor in the three-mile maiden hurdle but could find the point to point and bumper winner Minella For Value too strong.

Stocktons Wing is decent on the flat and is an interesting recruit to jumping in the juvenile hurdle. Ground conditions for the start of the seven-day festival are likely to be testing with the centre-piece of the week Wednesday’s €160,000 Guinness Kerry National.

Caduceus is currently an ante-post favourite in most betting lists for the race to give trainer Pat Hughes a first success in the race since Lanturn in 1999
