Pete Mahon is set to stick with the team that beat Sligo Rovers last weekend as he takes his UCD side to Dalymount to play Dublin City this evening.

"It's funny that whenever we beat a team their manager seems to say it was their worst performance of the season," said Mahon yesterday.

"But whatever Seán Connor said last week, we played well in that game and scored three fine goals so I'd have to be fair to the lads who were involved. At the moment we've no suspensions or injuries, and assuming it stays like that over the next 24 hours, it'll be the same starting 11."

City are without Stuart Malcolm, Gavin McDonnell (both suspended) as well as Ger McCarthy (ankle) but spirits are high after last week's win at Waterford, something Dermot Keely is hoping to see his players build on.

"We know UCD have plenty of talented players," he says, "but, we've shaken things up a little of late and I've got a positive response from my own lads and we'll be looking to carry on where we left off against Waterford."

Meanwhile, yesterday's Premier Division meeting between Bray Wanderers and Sligo Rovers, due to be played at the Carlisle Grounds, was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
