Do you worry for the world some times? Us too. We have particular concerns, though, for the recently married Durham couple Aden and Amanda Kelly . . . who left a space in the line-up for their group wedding photo so Alan Shearer could be superimposed by computer wizardry afterwards.

"I took an image of Alan in his football kit and superimposed it in the group, then I put another guest's body under his head to make it look as if Alan and Aden were best buddies," explained the photographer. "Our wedding was one of the happiest days of our lives but it was made even happier to get Alan there to celebrate with us," beamed Amanda, who revealed that Newcastle nut Aden was close to tears when she presented him with the photograph. Bet they'll call their first child Alan, even if it's a girl.
