Connacht MFC Semi-final/ Mayo 2-14 Leitrim 2-7: Mayo underlined their depth of talent at this level when they defeated Leitrim at Páirc Seán Mhic Diarmada, Carrick-on-Shannon, yesterday.
Leitrim held their own in the opening exchanges, scoring a sixth-minute goal through Ray Mulvey to cancel two Mayo points.
Three minutes later Tomás Beirne extended the home side's lead with a point from play, but once Mayo settled, they dominated the exchanges with a succession of points led by Pierce Hanley.
