And should Tyrone defeat Cork at Dungannon, McAnallen will also miss the league semi-final on April 20th.
Tyrone coach Mickey Harte also has concerns over Sean Cavanagh, who is to play for the under-21s against Antrim in an Ulster Championship semi-final the day before the Cork match.
Cavanagh was on the side which beat Cavan by 1-11 to 1-9 at Dungannon on Saturday in the Ulster under-21 championship. Donegal also beat Derry by 0-13 to 0-9 in Ballyshannon, while in Casement Park, Antrim saw off Armagh, by 2-8 to 0-8.
