BOXING: Wayne McCullough will face Russia's Nikolai Eremeev over 10 rounds at the Maysfield Leisure Centre, Belfast, next Saturday night.

McCullough is being lined up for a shot at WBO featherweight champion Scott Harrison.

"I'm delighted my opponent is now confirmed and I can focus fully on next Saturday," McCullough said. "This is my first fight in Belfast for a long time and I want to give the public a good performance and one that they will remember."

The record of four days, 17 hours and four minutes was set by Tracey Edwards on Maiden II in September this year.
