Misty Eyed can shrug off the disappointment of finishing down the field at Royal Ascot by bouncing back quickly in the Hugh Fitzroy Newdegate Memorial Novice Auction Stakes at Windsor this evening. The filly was quietly-fancied when going to post for the Norfolk Stakes but although only seventh, did not run all that badly, finishing just four lengths behind Superstar Leo, having raced on the unfavoured stands' rail.

Stylish Ways appears to be returning to a bit of form and should get the fast-run six furlongs he needs in the Champs Elysees Handicap.
