The K Club have been to the forefront in bringing international golf to Ireland in recent years. The much valued European Open will again take place at the excellent Kildare venue this year and in 2005 the Ryder Cup will grace the hallowed turf at Sallins. However, the latest innovation at the K Club will involve the members this year then they play in the club's Fourplay Matchplay qualifier on April 21st. Replacing the old Fourball Matchplay, the new event is sure to attract a full timesheet but we're not sure whether those who make the cut or miss the cut will have most to celebrate on April 21st.
