FAI Cup/ Limerick 37 1 Douglas Hall 1: Non-leaguers Douglas Hall struck a late equaliser to take First Division Limerick 37 to a replay in the Ford FAI Cup at Jackman Park last night.

The sides will now meet again in Cork in midweek following yet another remarkable cup result for Hall who beat Cobh Ramblers 4-1 in the last round.

David Moore scored the visitors' goal, sweeping home an Derek Bowen cross in the 85 minute to ensure that both sides finished all square.

Ross Cosgrave opened the scoring for the hosts in the fourth minute, striking from close range after Robbie Kelleher flicked on a Brian Buckley cross.

Limerick had to survive a nervous second half after Declan O'Connell hammered a 25-yard drive off the underside of the crossbar with Limerick goalkeeper Jimmy Fyffe well beaten.
