NOEL CHANCE, who has given Mr Mulligan three entries this week, is currently favouring pitching his star novice into the Grade Two Reynoldstown Novices' Chase at Ascot tomorrow.
The eight year old gelding, who created a flurry of activity in the Sun Alliance Chase ante post market when blitzing a high class field at Wetherby last time, also has the option of the Young Pretender Novices' Chase at Warwick or the unrestricted Fairlawne Chase at Windsor.
But Chance said yesterday: "He goes for whichever one comes first if Ascot is on, that is where he goes. We don't really want to give him a three and a quarter mile slog around Warwick even though there is a bonus attached to that race, so the second choice would have to be Windsor."
